Business and IT Agility & The Venn Factor

The diagram says it all… part of how agile a company is starts with how high the company’s Venn Factor is, .1, .2, 1? The Venn Factor describes how much IT personnel know about the Business and how much Business personnel know about IT. A higher factor leads to more corporate agility. After all, corporate strategy, systems, culture, and the corporation period are it’s people. I am writing a paper about this and plan on including this diagram in it.
