vitaminwater = crystalline fructose = high-fructose corn syrup

What is Crystalline Fructose? | The Fit Shack <– Just learned that “crystalline fructose” is pretty much the same thing (slightly worse it looks like) as high-fructose corn syrup. No more vitaminwater for me (it has a small amount of arsenic in it too).
