After working with a wide variety of leaders, I find it fascinating to see such wide variation in their decision making approach(es).  It seems a balanced approach is best.  That is, having and correctly interpreting relevant data and using your instinct to make the right call.  If the data is there don’t ignore it - same goes for your instinct.  Curious to hear others thoughts on this topic.
